The innovative handle design allows a strong grip to hold the bowl safely while mixing, to lift it when pouring and is easy for all hand sizes. The large spout is practical, even with thick dough.
Additionally ceramic is a great material to diffuse heat evenly and gently, so the Mixing Bowls are ideal for the ‘bain-marie’ technique. Plus the weight keeps the bowl steady.
It is Microwave compatible; convenient when needing to warm up or melt ingredients quickly.
With just the right weight, it stays stable when mixing with a spoon, and the slant at the base allows to keep the bowl tilted to whisk more easily.
Ceramic is also a Healthy and durable material: - doesn’t oxidize the contents nor release toxic substances. - resistant enough for use with an electric whisk - easy to wash, it is dishwasher compatible and doesn’t fear repetitive washes or scrubbing.
