We only sell products we have Instock at our Newmarket shop and ready to ship within 24 hours.

All products with the Pre Order function are either already on order, or can be included in our weekly orders.

We'll let you know of any delays ASAP.

We understand that nothing beats having your online order delivered to your door as soon as possible, which is why we do all we can to handle all orders the same day they are submitted!

We offer free country-wide shipping on all orders $150.00 and over.

North Island - You'll receive your order an estimated 1–3 days after shipment. South Island - You'll receive your order an estimated 2–7 days after shipment.

We're happy for you to return your item to our Newmarket store for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively we're happy to offer you a Store Credit or Exchange within 90 days of purchase.

All you need to do now is return it to us. Please keep in mind that we only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packing.
